Below is how to use multiple desktops in Windows 10 you can try.
Step 1: add a desktop.
Open Task View button (two overlapping rectangles) on taskbar or pressing the Windows key + Tab. In Task View pane, click new desktop to add a virtual desktop or you can press Windows Key + Ctrl + D.
Step 2: switch between desktops.
Open the Task View pane and click on the desktop you want to switch to or you can press Windows key + Ctrl + Left Arrow and Windows key + Ctrl + Right arrow.

Step 3: move windows between desktops.
Open the Task View pane and hover over the desktop containing the window you want to move. The windows will pop up and find the window you want to move, right-click, and go to Move to and choose the desktop you want to move the window to.
Step 4: close a desktop.
Open the Task View pane and hover over the desktop you want to close until a small X appears in the upper right corner. Or with pressing Windows key + Ctrl + F4 to close the desktop you are currently on.
