How to email a folder as an attachment easily
Right-click any empty place on your Windows desktop.
Within the drop-down menu, select New, then File.
Copy and paste your preferred folder’s content into the new folder.
Right-click the New folder, select sent to, then Compressed (zipped) folder.
Type in a name of your folder and press Enter.
Open your email and attach the folder you want.
And send to everyone you want the compressed file to.
